Setup & User Guide — Diabetes Cooler D1
Everything you need to start using your device safely.
Connect Power
Plug the USB cable into the Type-C port of the cooling cup and connect the other end to the original power adapter (or a power bank with 5V/2A output).
Power On
The screen lights up upon connection; if the screen remains unresponsive, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn the device on.
Pre-cool
Use the +/- buttons to set the temperature between 2–8°C (36–46°F)—the optimal cooling range for insulin and other biologics. Briefly press the power button to switch to Level 3 for rapid cooling; wait approximately 20–30 minutes for the unit to cool down before inserting medication.
Insert Medication
Once the preset temperature is reached, remove the medication packaging, place the injection pen or vial into the cooling chamber, and then screw the lid on tightly.
Precautions
- 1.When carrying the device, keeping it in a bag, or using it in a vehicle, ensure that the fan ventilation vents at the top of the cup remain unobstructed.
- 2.This product operates on continuous USB power; cooling stops when the power cable is disconnected. Please ensure it remains connected to a power source throughout your journey.
